Quality 3/4 size French violin by Riviere & Hawkes. Original label, dated 1887.

Good condition - a bit of a scratch on the back and some bubbling to the varnish on the scroll.

Golden/amber varnish with lovely quality woods. Chamfers on scroll and corners picked out in black.

Professionally set-up with Helicore strings - ready to play.

Length of back 345mm. Suitable for the serious student.
