This lovely antique full-size violin was made in France then sold by the Wolff Brothers in 1910.
This violin is in excellent condition, practically mint, (no cracks or other restoration), just a small chip to the scroll. It has an original label.
It has very striking ff holes and a delightful wide flamed two-piece maple back.
Powerful tone, easy response across all strings.
It has a new set-up with quality ebony fittings, a professionally cut bridge and Helicore strings.
It has a lovely warm golden/amber oil varnish which is completely original with hardly any signs of wear. Length of back 357mm.
Suitable for a serious student aiming for grade 8 and above and the discerning amateur.
