Decorated Furber Violin

Lovely decorated Furber violin.  Probably by Matthew II, c1815.  Beautiful inlay to the back.   Unlabelled.
 
Small instrument, only 350mm, but replacement neck/neck graft to allow for modern playing.  Button crowned.
 
Wonderful condition, just a small bump to the scroll.
 
Red/amber varnish.
 
New set-up with professionally cut bridge, pro arte strings and rosewood fittings.
