Original through neck with ribs set into top block.

Closely set ff holes.

Sweet narrow head & peg box.

Tiny corner blocks, inserted after the ribs were finished?

Blunt corners with purfling right up to edge of corner

Has a repair inscription dated 1942. "Repaired by F N Calow, 24 Burton St., Nottm. 1942"

1 piece back, attractive maple flame - matching ribs

Brown varnish over amber ground.

Restorations to front - all firm.
